Reservations and Cancellations

Restaurant Reservations

Reservations for the restaurant can be made through our website or via OpenTable. We require a credit card to secure bookings for parties of six or more. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you fail to meet the cancellation terms below.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
• No-shows may incur a charge of $30 per person.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your table being released.

Casino Table Bookings

Casino table games are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Private table bookings for events may be arranged by contacting our events team. Minimum spend requirements may apply for private tables, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to operational requirements.

Casino Conduct and Responsible Gambling

Casino Conduct

Guests on the casino floor must behave respectfully and comply with all staff instructions. Cheating, collusion, or use of electronic devices at gaming tables is strictly prohibited and may result in removal and legal action.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons.
• Photography and recording are not permitted on the casino floor.
• Appropriate dress standards apply; management discretion is final.
